Q. How are your grips different from other grips on the market?
A. Our grips are uniquely tacky, and they stay that way. We guarantee they will not lose their tackiness or wear out for 12 months. PURE Grips do not need to be replaced every 3-6 months like some of our competition. Our grips are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry. Each grip we make is within +/- 1 gram of specification, as compared to +/- 3-5 grams for our competition. Also, PURE Grips are concentric. This means that the thickness of the walls of the grips is consistent. This is not always the case with our competitors. Our grips are made in the USA, not in China or Mexico. As a small company we know we must earn our share of the market, so we have a great value offering for consumers, value being crucial in tough economies. Our products deliver premium performance, great feel and durability at a fair price.
Q. Where are your grips made?
A. All PURE Grips are made in our manufacturing plant in Tempe, AZ. Almost all of our competitors are making their grips in China and/or Mexico.

Q. What is an all-weather grip?
A. We call our grips all-weather grips because they perform in all types of weather conditions. Our rubber resists water, so rain, humidity and sweat are less intrusive on your swing. Also, cold weather does not make our rubber hard or slick. Our grips remain supple and tacky in all conditions.
Q. How do your grips help my golf game?
A. Our grips help your golf game in several ways. A good grip fosters a good connection with the club, which allows you to feel the feedback a golf shot provides. This feedback fosters touch and gives you the information you need to adapt your swing and improve your shots. Also, a good grip does not allow twisting or slipping in your hands. This slipping or twisting results in poorly struck shots or shots that fly off line. In addition, just knowing that you have a consistent connection with your clubs will increase your confidence, which is a great contributor to better golf shots. Lastly, if you are in to the technical side of golf, the consistency and tight tolerances we use to make PURE Grips allows for more consistent swing weights throughout your set.
Q. Are all of your grips the same?
A. All of our grips are made from the same proprietary rubber blend. However, each style offers slightly different texture, firmness and feel to cover the many different needs of golfers. Also, our Midsize Wrap offers a larger outer diameter for players who want a larger grip.
Q. Can you really install your grips without tape and solvent?
A. Yes. Our installation tools allow you to install our grips in a matter of minutes without tape or solvent. The rubber in our grips will hold the shaft of your clubs with constriction and friction, and they will not turn or loosen. View our video tutorial on PURE Grip's Tapeless installation process
Q. Can you install other brands of grips with your Installation tools?
A. Yes. Our gun and attachment will work for any grip with a standard sized hole in the butt end. We have tested lots of brands of grips for their ability to work without tape and solvent. The vast majority will work, but some grips with very low rubber content might be at risk for twisting. View our video tutorial on PURE Grip's Tapeless installation process
Q. Can I use tape with your air installation process?
A. Yes. Double sided tape can be used, but it does make it a little more difficult to put the grip on with air. If you use double sided tape we recommend that you wipe the tape down with a wet cloth prior to applying the grip. This will take just enough tack off the tape to get the grip on. If you are using tape to build up the grip size, we recommend using masking tape instead of double sided tape. This will make application easier and the grip will still be secure. This will also allow you to blow the grip off and apply a new grip without having to rebuild the tape! View our video tutorial on PURE Grip's Tapeless installation process
